Project Zero Tech LLC built the Fanatiq app as an ad supported and sometimes subscription supported service. This application and service is provided by Project Zero Tech LLC at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Personal information means information that can be used to identify and contact you, specifically your name, postal delivery address, payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, or other payment method accepted by us) and telephone number, as well as other information when such details are combined with your personal information.

 

When you register or re-register for our service, we ask you to supply us with personal information so that we can provide, enhance and personalize our services and marketing efforts. For similar reasons, we may supplement the personal information you provide with publicly available information about you as well as information from other sources. We use this personal information, for example, to process your registration, your orders and your payments, and to communicate with you on these and other topics. We also use your e-mail address to send you newsletters, as well as messages about new Fanatiq features, Fanatiq special offers, promotional announcements, consumer surveys and other correspondence concerning our service. If you no longer want to receive the newsletters, other announcements or postal mail, simply click “Unsubscribe” from those communications. Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from certain correspondence from us, including messages relating to your account transactions.

 

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy and we will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Fanatiq offers a variety of free and ad supported content and tools that do not require any sort of user registration, therefore no personally identifiable information is gathered from you. However, in order to enhance your experience with our service, subscribe for premium membership, and access certain areas of our site, we may require you to register for an account.

 

When you register for a Fanatiq account, you are asked to provide your name and email address in order for us to contact you and allow for account recovery in the event that you forget your password. If you choose to register or connect using your Facebook account, you grant us access to your Facebook account’s associated name and email address only. We do not store any other personal information from your Facebook account.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. We will automatically send your contact a one-time email inviting him or her to visit our App. We store this information for the purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.
